Spiritual PSA ~ Now Is The Time

Hello beautiful people, this morning I had a mind jolting dream. So much so, I feel the need to share with you the message I feel I’m getting from this. But before I get into that, here are the details of my dream:

I am looking through the eyes of another person. I reside in a house with an older sister and an old man (not sure if he was a father or grandfather). This older sister and old man were arguing. He told her if she didn’t want to get her life together then she’d have to leave. She argued back that she will do just that. Other family members try to get the old man and older sister to reconcile, it takes a while but eventually they make up. Then the scene changes to the old man and older sister sitting up in bed talking to each other and praying. I leave to go upstairs. Then I hear a man’s voice say “now this house is ready for God”.  And then a feminine voice says something like “now you can see the spirit”. I head back downstairs to join the old man and older sister because of hearing this. I ask “did ya’ll hear that?” The older sister nods and says to me “he’s praying now”. I kneel by the bed, hold the older sisters hand with my left and wrap my right arm around her and the old man and join them in prayer. I repeat “Thank you Jesus. Thank you Jesus.”  Then tell them I’m going to stay with them because whatever it is we are about to see I don’t want to be alone when it manifests itself.  Then there’s this entity that begins to enter the room.  He/it steps through the doorway as if he has trouble walking.  It’s no taller than 3 or 4 feet.  The person’s body I’m in begins to reach for it as I look on through her eyes and I begin to try and make her aware that this thing she’s reaching for isn’t holy. That what she’s reaching for is not from God.  As it reaches out to touch me; I wake up.

This message to me means, the strong delusions are closer than many of us think and/or care to believe.  And even when it comes, MANY will fall for it!  MANY will believe the hype!  Even those who claim to be saved!!!!  Do ya’ll hear me?????  MANY WILL FALL FOR THE STRONG DELUSIONS!! EVEN THOSE WHO CLAIM TO BE SAVED!!! Matthew 24:23-27
In other words, I feel that God is letting me know that I need to get deeper into His word and to make my elections sure!  So that while these strong delusions have the rest of the world thinking Jesus has come back I can stand strong, fearless, and know what it says about Jesus’ return.  I encourage you to take a moment to read all of Matthew chapter 24.  Brothers and sisters, we must know that we know that we know!

Never Give Up!

Checking in on my house plants this morning I noticed how far my ivy has come. My mama gave me that longest piece you see hanging about two years ago now and for the longest time that’s all it was; that one piece of ivy. It didn’t die. But . . . . . it didn’t grow either. This morning on my way to work I snapped this pic of it.  It’s growing! It’s growing! It’s growing! In the midst of my happy dance and smiling I realized, just like me, it’s no longer stagnant. I never gave up on the beauty it could become. I never gave up on loving it. I never gave up and just tossed it in the trash. I began taking care of it; nourishing it with water, encouraging words, and prayer.
I further realized just how deep God’s love is for us. Even in our ambitions, discontentment, stubbornness, covetousness, lusts, going back and forth on how we’re going to do better, treat people better, read His word more, pray more, fast more, help and give more; He never gives up on us! So, if you’re having trouble making it one more day in your situation; remember this; God loves us SO MUCH that He gave His ONLY begotten Son!  So that we could have everlasting life!  He’s never given up on us but sadly it’s us who usually gives up on Him. 
Never give up on your walk in righteousness and doing what’s right.  Like my ivy, we can grow deeper in love with God and His Holy Spirit if we just nurture our relationship with Him.

I Know Thy Works; So Repent!!!!!!

Every Church that the Lord was talking to in Revelation, Jesus told them that I know thy works.  More and more the churches of today and some ministries are getting so far off the path and they can’t even see it.  Everyone wants to be right about how they conduct the ministry and if anyone has an opinion of it; it generates strife.  First, let the church or ministry have order and next, do not use order to put people in bondage.  This message is not for everyone but it is for someone.  In other words I ain’t talking bout you unless I’m talking bout you! 

There are too many false apostles out here claiming to be upstanding men of God.  But if you just sit back and let The Lord reveal things to you, He will.  Remember this brothers and sisters, somebody is right and somebody is wrong.  Let’s go into the scriptures a little and find who these people are and why they do the things they do.  Paul says in Romans 16:17-18; I beseech you brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offenses contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.  For they that are such serve not Our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.  First let us talk about the ones who serve their own bellies.  Those are people that say they are laboring for Christ and setting the church up accordingly but in reality everything is being done how they want it done.  They like to use the word “we” but most of the time it is always about “them”.  The simple are the people who are blind by default or they are kept in darkness on purpose.  What you can’t see, you don’t know.  And what you don’t know then you can’t condemn.  I urge all simple people to please start reading your bibles and pray to God for revelations.  This is imperative for your survival.  For example, if I have a brother; my real brother from the same parents; that serve with me in the ministry who is committing adultery; what should I do with him if I am an elder standing on the word of God?  Don’t worry about an answer I have it; I will sit him down and tell him he needs to repent.  If no repentance then he can kick rocks down the street, for all I care.  But most people are not operating on that frequency.  They are too emotionally tied to people.  To stand on the word of God you sometimes have to come up against people in your own household.  Until we as the body realize that a standard must be set we are going to be destroyed.  The enemy can come in and create havoc in an unorganized ministry.  And you can be organized without placing people in bondage.  Your lifestyle must line up with the word of God.  You can’t proclaim one thing, but live another.  We have liberty in Christ Jesus but we have to be careful when using our liberty.  Paul said in Galatians 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.  Further down in Galatians 5:13 Paul continues with; brethren ye have been called unto liberty; only not use liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.  In I Peter 2:16 he explains; as free, and not using your liberty for a cloak of maliciousness, but as the servants of God. 

That’s the problem with a lot of the Saints in the church or ministry; they are using their freedom (liberty) as a cloak for the sin in their lives; if not their lives, maybe someone in their home.  If not someone in their homes; maybe someone they call friend.  Brothers and sisters; be careful.  These people are good at what they do.  It will be hard for you to spot them if you are not in their inner circles.  In their eyes your sin is big and nasty but their sin is small and not worth mentioning.  The devil is a lie; all sin is wrong especially those who call themselves saints.  Let me break that down for you.  Her tattoos are no worse than his lusting after women, his lusting after women is no worse than her lying.  And her lying is no worse than you having rebellious children for those who may want to be an elder!  Get the point?  Everyone has to take personal accountability for getting their own lives in order. 

People stop wasting time examining your neighbor; do like the song says and get your own house in order!  I have partaken of both religious bondage and too much freedom.  Both are wrong according to the bible.  We need order and structure in church or ministry but do not need bondage.  We have liberty and freedom in Christ Jesus but not to live according to the flesh.  In the beginning I mentioned how Jesus said I know thy works to all the churches in Revelations.  He also told each of them to repent.  That is what we all need is to do is repent and get back to seeking God with all our hearts, minds, and souls.  May the Lord open your ears, hearts and minds for all understanding of His words.

Altered Vision II - The Church Doesn’t Belong to Man, but to Christ

What you’re about to read is the book introduction of the third epistle of John:  out of Nelson KJV

In third John the apostle encourages fellowship with Christian brothers.  Following his expression of love for Gaius, John assures him of his prayers for his health and voices his joy over Gaius’s persistent walk in truth and for the manner in which he shows hospitality and support for missionaries who have come to his church.

But not everyone in the church feels the same way.  Diotrephes’ heart is one hundred and eighty degrees removed from Gaius’s heart.  He is no longer living in love.  Pride has taken precedence in his life.  He has refused a letter John has written for the church, fearing that his authority might be superseded by that of the apostle.  He also has accused John of evil words and refused to accept missionaries.  He forbids others to do so and even expels them from the church if they disobey him.  John uses this negative example as an opportunity to encourage Gaius to continue his hospitality.  Demetrius has a good testimony and may even be one of those turned away by Diotrephes.  He is widely known for his good character and his loyalty to the truth.  Here he is well commended by John and stands as a positive example for Gaius.

As true saints, we have to make sure we’re leading people to Christ and not to ourselves.  There are many Babylonian church systems that have perfected in doing so.  This very thing has gone on for centuries; as you can see above because there’s nothing new under the sun.  Ecclesiastes 1:9 Conformity is a damnable thing when dealing with winning souls for God’s kingdom.  It’s a very thin line between leading someone to salvation and feeling the vanity of power to control someone’s beliefs.  In searching for and finding my own liberty I’ve come across people who weren’t teaching the true gospel of Jesus Christ, let alone living it.  We can go on and on about the disparities of one church from another but there’s no need.  Just know and understand; not all churches are created in Christ.  What gets into a man once he’s called that corrupts his way of thinking?  Living?  Many will say it’s hard to live a life of righteousness with so much temptation, but I beg to differ.  For it states plainly in James 1:13-14 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God:  for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:  But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.

Having an altered vision is similar to what’s still in our flesh that keeps us enslaved to our sin, be it pride, vanity, love of power, self-righteousness, and/or greed.  So, to have someone in church leadership who isn’t completely conformed to Christ can stunt the growth of the ministry.  Another form of altered vision is the making of positions within the church that does not exist in the bible; such as the first lady and definitely the first gentleman.  1Timothy 3:1-13, Titus 1:5-9 These scriptures clearly define the office of elders, bishops, and deacons.  So where did all of this extra stuff come from???  From people who would rather lift up themselves than lift up Jesus Christ!  Instead of giving a word to help people see the error of their ways and the opportunity to truly repent, most only give a word of prosperity and what feels good to them.  Then you have those who believe in some scriptures but not all.  2 Timothy 3:16-17, 2 Peter 1:20-21  We can’t pull from certain scriptures and make them fit the dynamics of our own filthy lives. 

We are living in a time where the lines have been drawn and a choice must be made.  You have to choose to believe AND stand on EVERY word of God.  Continuing to straddle the fence just won’t cut it in the eyes of God.  2 Peter 1:10   The blueprint for the church starts and ends with Jesus Christ but man has found a way to subvert the gospel and change the pathway.  We have to get back to the old pathway that Jesus Christ laid before us in order for the church to belong to him.  Brothers and sisters, let’s pray we correctly form the body of Christ which is the true church that will be raised up in these last days.

Altered Vision

We look at others and try to examine them to figure them out.  Some people try to put everyone that doesn’t look or act like them into hell.  For example, you may see the stripper on the stage dancing; many automatically assume she is not going to make it or isn’t fit for salvation.  But you may see her days, weeks, months, even years later and she’s ministering to you and has grown in her spiritual walk.  This is why we as individuals need to keep our eyes or vision stayed on the Lord.  He knows the end of all our lives.  I know people have their perceptions of everyone else.  But you are making a grave mistake wasting too much time eyeing other people’s personal situations; you might just forget to get yourself together.  It is imperative to check ourselves daily to see if we are in line with the Lord.  II Corinthians 13:5 Examine yourselves, whether you be in the faith; prove your own selves.  Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates.  

Why are peoples vision altered so terribly?  Because they have been brain washed for most of their lives.  Let me give you an example of high level brain washing or altered vision.  A few co-workers and I were talking about fishing one day at work.  I said, “Man, I just don’t have the time anymore.  The only day I could probably go is early Sunday morning before I go to service.”  He replied with, “Oh no!  Not on Sunday!  You can catch the devil on Sunday!”  I replied, “What! Are you serious?  The devil is not confined to just Sundays.”  He said, “I don’t care.  All the old folks say you are only supposed to go to church on Sunday, not fish.”  I told him, “Dude if the devil wants you to catch him you will, especially if you are fishing for him!  It doesn’t have to be just on a Sunday.”  Now you tell me, how can he believe the sayings of old wives tales, but if you tell him it is not okay to lust after other women, he will try to justify this by saying as long as he doesn’t touch them then there is nothing wrong?  Isn’t that fishing for the devil?  And lust happens twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. 

People; our vision has been altered for way too long.  It’s sad a lot of us refuse to see for ourselves.  A lot of religious minded people don’t even attempt to open and read the bible.  And even when they do they only tend to find the scriptures they can pervert to try and justify the things they still do in their flesh.  They have been brainwashed by these church performers to come and be entertained by them.  If you are sitting under someone who doesn’t encourage you to have a personal relationship with Christ get away from there quickly!  We must individually know God and His word for ourselves.  You have to be taught correctly by church leadership in order for you to grow in Christ.  It’s a lot of evil things in this world that are sliding by and people aren’t even noticing them.  If your vision has been altered you will only see Obama, the first black President.  You will not be able to see that he supports abortion and homosexuality because he is a homosexual or that he’s signed bills that will give the government free reign over our so-called freedoms.  With your vision altered all you can see is the world going on forever with you and your family living happily in peace.  You will not be able to see the Kingdom of God established as soon as this present evil world ends.  

Another example of altered vision; I was at a local diner that I get lunch from time to time when the owner who is a seventh day Adventist asked if I was going to get me some easter eggs.  I told her, “Jesus dying on the cross and resurrecting has nothing to do with any easter eggs.”  She tried to explain, “Well that’s what they came up with and celebrate it makes their people happy.”  So I said, “Okay then Miss Lady go ahead and be happy, but I don’t have to participate in any pagan practices.”  I can’t twist her arm, but I can pray for God to clear up her vision.  Which also brings me to the debate of Holy days; if your vision is off you will try to confine the Most High God to one day.  You have some people that think church is only supposed to be on Sundays, you have others that think it’s supposed be held on Saturdays.  I believe God should be praised and worshipped every day. 

If God has showed up in your lives and manifested Himself to you, no one can take that from you.  People that have never experienced the Holy Ghost are always going to criticize those who have.  Now that you have been cleansed and set apart from the world, go stand in the gap and pray for others to be set free.  Don’t worry about the naysayers and pessimistic people, just witness.  It’s time to take off your rose colored lenses and see the world for what it truly is and begin to stand on God’s EVERY word, not just what sounds and feels good.  It’s time for us remove the fear of persecution.  If we are true believers in Jesus Christ then it must be understood we shall be persecuted for His sake.  John 15:20-21 To do so; we can’t allow our vision to remain altered by the world and the things in it.  Remember this, we can try to see things that are too far and miss seeing things that are near.

The Devil is the number one Terrorist!

When I was a young man my dad taught me about the world we live in.  While we were fishing he would just say things that made real good sense.   He never used any scriptures from the bible, but the stuff he said always could be found in the bible.  One thing he mostly said to me was, “Son they use fear to control you; that’s how they control this world.”  Naturally as a child I looked at him and wondered what is the man talking about?  First of all; who are they?  And why do they want to control me and the world?  Of course he always answered with you will find out one day.  Come on man!  Let me know now!  I don’t have time to wait until I’m grown!  Now that I am older I realize exactly who they are.  They are actually the devil and his army of rebellious angels.  The devil operates through people to get his will accomplished.  He sends his demon army out to try to gain entrance into the people to control them.  If he gains control of them then they eventually have to do his dirty work.  The fear comes in to play after the control has set in.  If you have any emotional ties to anything or anyone you cannot fight against the enemy.  Remember the devil is a terrorist and it is hard to fight against terrorism.  Because a real terrorist does not value the same things you do.  Human life doesn’t mean a thing to them or (him).  He will use that to create fear in people.  I believe in these last days he will literally take peoples loved ones and cut their heads off right in front of them.  He will then ask if you still believe in Christ!  And of lot of people are going to turn against our lord and Savior.  Knowing and quoting a numerous scriptures is not going to save anyone.  Religious people performing all these religious duties will not get a free pass either.  It is your faith!  You have to have faith to know that you will die for not bowing down to the devil.  You have to have faith to endure when he slaughters someone before your very eyes in order for you to turn and worship him.  The only fear we should have is of The Most High God, because he can kill the body and soul!  I believe that which Jesus said about fearing God only.  Jesus Christ laid the blueprint out for us through his teachings and ultimately through the offering of his life.  The temptation of Christ is the formula Saints should follow.  In the first temptation the devil was testing his faith in God.  In the second temptation he was testing Jesus’ love of God.  And in the third temptation he tested Jesus’ fear of God.  Luke 4:1-12 So, my brothers and sisters we have to have faith in God, we have to love God with all of our heart, and we have to fear God and Him only.  I pray that everyone’s faith is increased in God.  I pray that everyone will love God with their whole heart.  I pray that everyone gives God His proper fear and honor that is due only unto Him.  Bless you all and keep the faith!

What good thing shall I do that I may have eternal life?

The rich young ruler asked Jesus; what did he need to do to have eternal life.  He named off all the things that he was doing already as a young man.  But Jesus said if thou will be perfect, go and sell that thou have, and give to the poor, and thou shall have treasure in heaven:  and come and follow me.  But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful:  for he had great possessions.  Then Jesus said unto his disciples, verily I say unto you, that a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.  Matthew 19:20-23.  That scripture reminds me of what Jesus said in Matthew 13:22.  He also said that received seed among thorns is he that hears the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word and he becometh unfruitful.  I believe the young man worshipped his wealth which, to me is another form of idolatry.  He didn’t want to part with it and go and follow Jesus.  That is what has taken over today in our world.  People have set up idols in their lives; money and wealth being the most common.  The world has become full of idolatry, the thing we have to do is find out why and what the enemy is using. 

Personally, I believe the devil is using covetousness to lure people in.  If you covet worldly things or you are greedy for riches then watch out, the enemy is headed straight toward you.  Remember, he tempted our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ with riches, wealth and kingdoms.  Praise God he didn’t have any lust for nothing of this world in him.  Jesus said the prince of this world (satan) comes and have nothing in me.  John 14:30 Everything we see on television is heavily filled with lustful desires; all of it is for people to sow to themselves.  That is why the devil blasts us with these things all day long.  It’s because he wants you to covet them; the food, the cars, the houses, the shoes, and the clothes.  He wants you to covet the money, the degree to earn the money, the women, the Viagra to please the women, and the list just goes on and on.  That is why he uses celebrities to promote the stuff in order to entice us to lust after it.  To defeat him we must resist him and deny ourselves.  God clearly told Israel not to covet anything of thy neighbors in Exodus 20:15.  Jesus says to the disciple, take heed and beware of covetousness, a man’s life consist not in the abundance of things which he possess. Luke 12:15 Furthermore, Apostle Paul said in Ephesians 5:5, for this you know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man who is an idolater, have any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.  And he said it again in Colossians 3:5. 

         Now, please understand, I am not saying that rich or wealthy people will not make it to heaven.  I am saying that Jesus said it will be hard.  The most disturbing thing to me is that people who go to church, know the word, and confess that Jesus Christ is their Lord and Savior will hear this and be offended.  I know we need money and worldly goods for the times we are living in.  Of course; rent, car notes, mortgages, insurance, etc; must be paid.  Just don’t make money your god and don’t idolize it.  Everyone has been around people who judge others by the world’s economic classifications.  Even fake church people participate in judging their brethren, some obvious and some by secrecy.  For example; my wife and I was headed to service one Sunday; on the way we stopped by our county’s trash dump to drop off our trash.  I saw a guy I went to high school with.  I said, “Hello big man how have you been?  It’s good to see you!  It’s been 16 years since I saw you last.”  The first thing he said was, “What are you doing to get down for yours?”  That means he asked me how do I earn my living; for those who may not understand street language.  I froze; could not form any words to give a reply. Obviously, to him I appeared to have money or a nice vehicle.  I think because he was driving the trash truck he felt the need to ask me where I worked.  In my head I screamed, “Lord this is what’s wrong with a lot of people!  Their minds are on material possessions that they have or someone else has!”  By this time a reply formed in my mind and I simply stated to him that I make an honest living just like him.  I handed him a card and told him to call me if he wants to come over sometime and fellowship, read and discuss the bible.  If how you are living is pleasing to God then what is it to me?  God is not a respecter of persons.  If your work is honest in his eyes, then who cares?  The devil wants you to care; he wants you to see how your neighbor is living.  The devil wants you to covet all the day long, so eventually you seek him to become rich.  That is why every song, every commercial is about “my this” and “my that”.  He wants you to be caught up into yourselves.  Jesus said seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness: and all these things shall be added unto you Matthew 6:33.  The problem with this is people missed the first part of that scripture and seems to have only heard “added unto you”!  It is some church people who really don’t believe that God is our provider.  I know that because you see them outside the stores scratching off lotto tickets trying to hit it big before they go to church.  Let’s keep it real people, if you are poor and playing the lottery, you are not only putting money into the government’s pockets, but actually denying God.  What makes people think when they become rich they are going to give God the glory?  Man, I no longer care about stuff!  It doesn’t matter to me!  People think others are blessed because they see the things they own.  But don’t stop to think of the hell folks have in their lives.  And you don’t know the (god) they serve either.  My dad always taught me to be thankful for what we have and to stop worrying about what others have.  He also told me to help others that were less fortunate than us.  Now that I am older I understand what my dad was teaching us and also understand what Jesus Christ was saying too.  Both of them were talking about covetousness; looking upon your neighbor, wondering about what they have and how they got it.

We can get more accomplished as saints if we focus on the ministry of Christ.  Let’s get people to Christ and get them saved!  Let us deny all of this worldly lust and fashion ourselves accordingly in Christ Jesus.  Let’s stop wondering about the things our neighbors have in their possessions.  Instead, let’s pray for one another and uplift each other.  Above all deny the devil and give God his due honor and praise!

Will you be able to sustain during your betrayal?

      Make no exceptions my brothers and sisters; the word of God lets us know that we will suffer betrayal in some form or another.  As the times of the last days draw near and the world continues to get desperately wicked.  People are becoming more and more violent.  Children are getting kidnapped in broad daylight by force.  Older people’s homes are being broken into while they are in them.  Some people are beaten badly and some are just killed for no good reason.  When the Government takes over and begins to cut programs that help people; I believe things like Social Security and unemployment benefits will cease to exist.  When they no longer exist, what will people do in order to survive?  They will steal, kill, and destroy.  That is what I want to dwell on for a moment.  People will destroy each other by betraying one another.  Even the people in your family will betray you in these desperate times that are fast approaching.  (Luke 21:16)  Remember this; you love and serve The Most High God through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  Those of us who will not take the mark of the beast will be betrayed by the ones who will.  They will do anything to survive because they can’t fathom leaving this nasty filthy world.  (I John 2:16)  They can’t get past this place; none of them fully believe that there is a Heaven or a Hell after we die or even that God is actually real, for that matter. 

         Jesus Christ was betrayed himself by someone who was called his disciple.  (Matthew 26: 21-23)  Could you imagine walking around and talking to the very person who will betray you?  That takes super natural power from God to not only know; but to go and still continue to do God’s Will.  We too have to keep marching forward ourselves and not faint.

       It is so many people caught up with the world to the point they will not be able to stand.  Their faith is severely misplaced.  Their faith is in man, materialistic things, and of course money or riches.  None of those aforementioned things can save anyone.  So that means if your faith is not in Lord Jesus then your faith also can betray you.  Misplaced faith can let you down.  Some people’s faith is in the churches where they worship.  They actually believe the building or temple can save them during troublesome times.  Your faith has to be totally in Jesus Christ.  There are people who continue to sow unto their flesh.  Your flesh can definitely betray you.  The flesh can overeat, get tired, and have inordinate sexual desires.  That is why it must die daily.  There are men like King David whose flesh betrayed him.  David was filled with lust, so he desired to have Bathsheba.  So much so he was willing to kill her husband to have her.  That is why we are not supposed to fornicate or commit adultery.  By doing these things you sin against your own body.  We need to be spirit filled to war against the flesh to not walk after the flesh.  I believe when Jesus prayed unto the Father three times right before he was betrayed, his flesh was trying to betray him.  Jesus asked his disciples to pray to not fall into temptation because the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak.  (Matthew 26:38-46)  After the third time of praying Jesus got up and carried on with the mission.  Jesus sustained through his betrayal.  He stayed obedient even unto death.  I pray to God that He fills us with His spirit so we can also sustain while being betrayed.

Our Author of Eternal Salvation

Jesus Christ is the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him.  (Hebrews 5:9)  As we watched oprah and lady gaga sit at Harvard University deceiving people everywhere; both of them telling people how to live and about the good they do as if they are the standards we should live by; obedience through Christ Jesus is the only standard!  If you don’t have the seal of Christ Jesus then you are not His.  (2 Timothy 2:19)  Sitting in bible study intently listening I realized these thoughts were confirmed by our pastor as he touched on this very subject.  And from all of this I realized one simple thing; the world is dictating to us, the Saints; the people they want to lift up.  We waste precious time debating back and forth with worldly people.  There are only two things we should concentrate on asking anyone. 1.  Are you saved? 2.  Do you want to be saved?  Anything more than that can lead you all around the wilderness wasting time.   

I have been guilty myself of going back and forth with people and not accomplishing anything.  Father, forgive me!  Now is the time to get straight to the point with people.  You are either saved and obey Christ or you are not saved and love the world.  (1 John 2:15-16)  There is no in between or grey area.  Why real men and women of God are never invited to speak in front of a world audience?  It is because they would tell oprah, lady gaga and all the people who think like them they need to be saved.  And Jesus is the only way you can be saved!  They think their so called good works, good deeds and charities are something.  But the sad reality is they are nothing but a smoky, hot, and rotten stench to the Most High God’s nostrils!  The devil is using these two ladies to spread his lies and deceive people.  And the people are drinking and eating their nasty filth down.  Every day in every arena the devil is flaunting in our faces with no fear!  He is telling us he is the big bad giant, now come get some!  This creature is raping kids.  He is sacrificing and killing babies.  He is oppressing the poor and the out of work.  God, come on and load us with the Holy Ghost, pull the hammer back, and let the bullets of righteousness fly and kill this vile creature!  It is time for the truly saved people to put on Christ and take off anything that resembles the world.  (2 Corinthians 6:16-17)  It is time to make a clear separation from the filth, leaving no doubts about whom we worship.  It is time to walk in the full obedience of Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 10:5), so he can be the Author of our Eternal Salvation because we obey him!  God give us the Holy Ghost so we can go about doing your will in the Name of Jesus!

It’s Time For The Mission: (Impossible)

Okay my fellow soldiers for Christ.  You have been assigned your own personal and special mission.  The mission will be named Impossible for each of us.  Remember everyone it is your mission only.  You can’t worry about anyone else.  Now I can’t promise that this will be successful for anyone who chooses to go.  Not everyone is going to make it through this, and some people are not going to show up.  Even though this mission is a personal endeavor the actual assignments are the same.   Everyone has to wage war against our common enemy; the devil and his helpers the demons.  I urge each individual to check and see if you are sufficient enough for this war.  (Luke 14:31)

Don’t let the title of Impossible discourage anyone.  The title is just a title, impossible doesn’t mean that will be our outcome.  If you believe in the Lord then it can be possible.  (Mark 9:23) The Most High God who created all things will allow us to use special weapons during this mission.  We will be issued our weapons from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who is the son of God.  (2 Corinthians 10:4-5) Jesus has been giving full authority to issue weapons to anyone that be found worthy.  (2 Timothy 2:3-4) I must remind you; before you go into battle, flesh will not be able to stand against this enemy.  (2 Corinthians 10:3, Ephesians 6:12) This enemy will have to be fought in the spirit; who is not to be taken lightly.  As a matter of fact he has many names; such as roaring lion, a serpent, and a liar.  (John 8:44) He is very skilled at deceiving people, so be careful.  (2 Corinthians 11:3) Some people are going to lose their lives, but that is nothing to frown upon because there will also be souls gained.  If you complete this mission or even lose your life fighting for The Kingdom of Heaven you will be rewarded.  The reward given to those found worthy is greater than anything that we can imagine.  (Revelations 2:10)

I am praying that everyone makes it through, but the reality is everyone will not.  You have to have a hatred for the enemy, if not its possible for you to be exploited.  You can’t think of the people or things that you will lose in this battle.  To go against the devil means you have to go against people who support the devil.  This could mean people in your family, people on your jobs and people you call friends.  If you have people around you not helping you to prepare for battle then cut them loose.  If you have material possessions that may cause you to fall back then dump it.  You need nothing that is going to weigh you down, stop you from praying and cause you to look back. (Luke 17:32)  It is okay to sing spiritual songs and psalms if need be.  Do whatever it takes to keep your mind focused on the mission.  (Ephesians 5:19) Now the question is . . . who among you are truly willing to take on this mission and all it takes to stand on God’s word?  My fellow soldiers for Christ I salute you as you begin to take on this mission.  May God be with you and help you make your mission impossible into a mission possible!  God Bless and protect yourselves at all times.

The Ungodly Inventions of Man

For years man has always come up with new ways of doing things in our every day lives.  Everything man has invented is mainly made for us to sew to our flesh.  Some of these things I believe are and were intended to under mind The Most High God.  God said in His word that we are not to commit fornication.  Galatians 5:21, I Corinthians 6:9, I Thessalonians 4:3  My question is why did man create condoms, birth control pills, morning after pills, and any other contraceptive pertaining to sexual behavior?  The answer is very simple; people want to still enjoy the sinful pleasures of the flesh.  Just think about it.  We are not supposed to fornicate at all, but man has invented these things so people can keep fornicating without any of the worries.  Well that’s what they think; you can not con The Most High God.  Your condoms will fail causing you to contract an incurable sexually transmitted disease.  Your birth control will fail also or even make you sterile so can’t have children.  Just the other day a brother sent me an article on gonorrhea.  600,000 people are infected by gonorrhea every year.  It has become a disease that is not responding to the antibiotics that are currently being used for treatment claims one spokesperson from the CDC.  This strain of gonorrhea is spreading very rapidly amongst young adults and especially homosexuals.  That’s right; men that have sex with men are spreading the disease more than anyone else, according to the CDC.  I believe Romans 1:21-32 takes care of that little piece of information.  Now the condom is being used by married people to hide their dastardly deeds from their love ones.  It may for a moment protect you from diseases and impregnating another woman, but it is not stopping you from going to hell committing the sin of fornication and adultery. 

I also believe that all gaming consoles such as the play station, x-box, wii and any other type device were invented to take away needful one on one time with God.  Deuteronomy 6:5-7.  The time people spend playing on these consoles is the perfect time to read and study The Word of God.  This is also a good time for people to pray for others.  Some people may not agree, they think that gaming consoles keep their children from hanging out in the streets with troublesome kids.  That may be so but we should be seeking God while we have the time to do so.  Man can give you all the great statistics about how some of these inventions helped people to live pleasurable lives.  But he can’t give you the statistics of people who spent their lives in pleasure who are now in hell!  II Timothy 3:4.  I pray the young people who spend time playing these games find Christ Jesus and let him be your only friend.  I pray the people who are sexually active realize the inventions of condoms and all the birth controls were actually sent to destroy them.  They give people a false since of security.  They are trying to keep you fornicating and committing adultery.  Have you ever wondered why?  It’s a simple answer to this question; simply because God said not to.  Repent people.  Ask God for forgiveness and receive Christ Jesus as your Lord and Savior!

So You Don’t Think You Commit Idolatry Part II

I was at work talking to a brother about something that just would not leave my mind.  I told him about some you tube videos I previously watched the weekend before work.  This gentleman, who was saved from being a spiritualist and demon conjurer, explained three ways how the devil will get people to worship him and send themselves to the kingdom of Hell.  One way he said really stood out to me.  The gentleman said that satan or the devil said that people disqualify themselves from Heaven by Christian Idolatry.  I am not going to go into his explanation of Christian Idolatry, but I will use that statement to drive home a point.  I went into the scriptures to get a clear understanding from God about Idolatry.  The first scripture that God showed me was Exodus 20:4-5.  Thou shall not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in Heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. Thou shall not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a Jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and forth generations of them hate me.  Okay brothers and sisters we know the roman catholics bow down and worship graven images including mary.  Could the Christians be doing the same?  I think that Christians participate in a lot of idolatry.  If you have statues of angels and pictures of Jesus in your home I believe you are committing idolatry.  You all know you probably prayed in front of those things before as if you were kneeling before The Most High God.  I believe if your vehicles have fish symbols, crosses, and angels then you are committing a form of idolatry.  The hip hop guys with the crosses and Jesus image are committing idolatry.  Make no mistake God is clear about what he said in Exodus 20:4-5.  People may get upset behind this, but it is what it is.  My wife and I went through our house like a tornado throwing away anything considered to be an image in God’s sight.  As for me and my house we will serve the Lord!  Seriously people think logically for a moment that is a subtle way for people to condemn themselves and not even know it.  Remember the devil always uses subtlety.  Genesis 3:1, II Corinthians 11:3.  This country is full of idolatry also.  That big statue called lady liberty that a lot of people will knock a hole in your head over, yes that’s idolatry. Leviticus 26:1.  When you pledge allegiance to your flag you’re committing idolatry.  That black Jesus painting on your grandparent’s wall is idolatry too.  I know some people will disagree, but God said it in His word.  The things God said back then goes for us today whether you like it or not.  Just don’t do it little children, I John 5:21.  Last but definitely not least.  I wonder about that big cross on top of your church, looks kind of suspicious to me.  What about that painting of the last supper of Christ that is in the Bishop’s office?  Or maybe those angels on the stained glass windows are okay with God.  Could the church or fashion of a church possibly be automatically disqualifying themselves from the Kingdom Of God?  By doing something so minute such as putting a statue of Jesus on the steps of your church could very well do people in.  I know this one thing, you are going to have to seek God through Christ Jesus and ask him about idolatry for yourself.  I did and I’m not letting the devil use subtlety on me.  God’s words are truth!  I pray for God to open our minds, ears and eyes to understand his Word In The Name Of Jesus!

Make Me New (Perverseness + Glorifying God doesn’t = Righteousness)

Four years and one month. . . .that’s how long it’s been since I published my first novel, First Monday In August.  There were plenty of days I’d come home, sit in front of this computer, and stare blankly at my manuscript of the sequel.  The story has come sporadically, but its coming.  For a while I chalked it up to writer’s block.  After the second year I stopped kidding myself.  A LOT has changed inside of me since 2007.  And oh what a wonderful change it’s been; I must add!  Like the children of Israel I’ve been on an Exodus to the land of Canaan God has for me.  Also like the children of Israel being stiff-necked and disobedient has kept me in the wilderness longer than I’ve cared to be.  I’ve been stagnant in the completion of my book and will even say I was stagnant in my way of living and thinking. 

THE number one lesson I have learned on my literary journey is I am not the next Zane nor should I try to be.  Just because sex sells in the world; it doesn’t have to sell with me.  I’ve learned I don’t have to be vulgar to tell my story.  I mean, come on now, we all know if it were not for sex none of us would be here, right?  And yes, real life happens but there’s a better way to get things across to my readers.   Like a church sign I once saw; Jesus Christ doesn’t take you out of the world but takes the world out of you. 

                

I admit, even while writing First Monday In August I felt conviction in my heart and the disobedient person I was; I tried to justify it by saying, “this is real life.  real life happens” knowing deep down I wasn’t true to myself.  It’s funny how movies depict the voice of God as some booming bass that blasts down from the heavens amid shining light.  I guess He would come across this way if He ever found it necessary but for me it’s been a still quiet voice; that voice of quiet wisdom and reason that cuts through my bull and straight to my heart with ease like that of a warm butter knife slicing through freshly baked bread.  It states plainly in Romans 12: 1-2:  1.  I beseech you therefore brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.  2.  And be not conformed to this world:  but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. 

                

Simply put, salvation is transformation.  And the transformation process can be ugly.  When God and the Holy Spirit begins to truly deal with your heart you have to face each and every single nasty, ugly, perverted thing you’ve ever done in your life.  I had to take a long hard look at myself to figure out what’s down inside of me that had me like this?  Where was this spirit of perverseness coming from?  And how did this perverseness help glorify God in my literary work?  These questions swirled in and around me for months.  I didn’t want to face the reality of where this spirit could’ve come from.  But God made me face it once and for all.  For me, there were any number of ways this filth found its way into me; from being molested as a child, to mutilating God’s precious temple with the tattoos I put myself through, or it could’ve been passed down through our family bloodline (yes; that happens too).  Add to this list the number of television shows, commercials, and movies that are softly pornographic but still pornographic all the same.  And even the music I listened too played a part.  I played myself right into the hands of the enemy in thinking if I throw in what I know of God then these perverted sexual scenes would be okay because there’s more to the story than this.  I was so, so, so, so, very wrong.  How can I proclaim the gospel and still have perverted thoughts?  That’s a perversion in and of itself!  How can I claim to be saved with these kinds of thoughts rolling through heavy?  The message of redemption is totally missed if I’m calling up lust in my readers.  And the truth of the matter was I wasn’t saved.  I was a hypocrite.  That truth hurt me but it had to be told and I feel I’m a better person for it.  Thank you Jesus!  

Once I began to pray and fast against this spirit you can say ALL hell broke loose, literally; from demonic visitations to dreams showing me how good it used to feel being of my flesh.  Oh, I forgot some of ya’ll don’t think demons are real?  I’m here to tell you different, they are!  But glory be to God I’m learning how to fight back with the tools our Heavenly Father equipped us with.  Ephesians 6:12-18  This is a spiritual warfare that CANNOT be won through the flesh.  And as I continually seek His face each day my freedom feels sweeter than the day before.  So, will I ever finish the sequel to First Monday In August?  Lord only knows.  All I know now is I will allow God to decide; if He moves me to finish it then so be it; I’ll finish it.  If not, then oh well, I’m fine with that too.  But if I do, I do know one thing for sure; I shall take heed to Proverbs 4:24; put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee.

Confessions of a Former Weed Head

In life, I’ve come to be a little more transparent. And I guess today is testimony day because these thoughts have been rumbling and tumbling through my mind like building blocks for a couple days now. Quiet time can be THE best time to hear from God if we only allow it. I say this all of the time and I stand on it. But the truth of the matter is; a lot of us don’t want to hear what God has to say because the truth hurts. It’s a mighty big pill to swallow if you’re not in a place to receive the truth, digest it, & then make a change for the better from it. I’m not talking about the truths everyone can see on the outside on a daily basis. Nope. Unh Unh. I’m speaking of the truths that only you and God know about. The ones that are buried deep in there; the ones that hurt to think about sometimes because if you do the confidence and faith you had will crumble and go back to square one.

Part of my truth is; I used to be weed head. Mind you…the key words are USED TO BE. So please don’t go calling or emailing my job. Thank you! Admitting the problem is the first step to recovery right? Anyone who truly knows me knows I was an advocate for legalizing it and had the same outlook a lot of people continue to have about it. God put it here so it must be okay right? It’s natural and I’m not bothering anyone when I’m chilling right? At least I’m not a crack head or coke fiend right? And trust me; I’m not ashamed of my past which is why I guess I can speak freely about some things now.

The thing I’m finding from trying to live righteously is when the enemy knows your past; just like God does; it will use that to try and weaken you. It will come at you to try and entice you back into the very bondage you’ve been freed from. I used to look at smoking as the proverbial cold beer after a long, hard day. So as an opening, my mind tried to revert back to those days of coming home to “unwind”. One day after work recently, my mind said, “it sure would be nice to roll a fatty one mo’ time”. I immediately pushed my thoughts into a different direction to stop the craving in its tracks so to speak. Let me tell ya’ll something about prayer...it’s a powerful tool when applied correctly. Instead of reliving that feeling I used to get from smoking I went to my knees and had a conversation with God, which leads to me to the reason I’m writing this post.

Along time ago I came to my personal conclusion of WHY I smoked. I didn’t need rehab for me to dig deep. My counselor was the man Himself. Right in the midst of a session He spoke to my heart; stripped me of all the vain excuses I usually gave of why. It was a very painful experience. Wounds of life I thought were long healed re-opened. That hardened scab burst and all the stinky puss and blood seeped from my heart. Along with it, tears I thought I was through shedding. My truth? Smoking was part of the bandage I used to cover it all up. It wasn’t to unwind; it wasn’t to help me write; it wasn’t because it felt good; it was because of pain I chose to keep hidden from myself for fear I would crumble back to nothing.

Ohhhh but I know a man named Jesus! Today, I stand on renewed strength and a peace of mind weed could never give me. That high was only temporary. But the high of the Holy Spirit is everlasting! Trust me when I tell you this! If your someone reading this and still partake then I challenge you to take a long hard look deep into your heart and ask yourself the very same question; why? Why continue to temporarily escape when you can be permanently free? Because you know what? When my high was gone and my munchies munched; my life was still what it was. My son was still dead. Bills were still due. I still had to get myself up and make it through another day at an unfulfilling job. I challenge you to begin loving yourself the way God loves us. I challenge you to try prayer instead of escape. I challenge you to come to Jesus and repent. Sometimes, facing our deepest pain is the beginning of greater blessings just waiting on the other side of that pain. A freedom so profound you won’t want to look back! I sing loud and actually mean it….I’m freeeeeee praise the Lord I’m free! No longer bound! No more chains holding me! My soul is resting! It’s just a blessing! Praise the Lord! Halleluiah! I’m free!!!

I leave with you the following scriptures: 1 Corinthians 10:13, Romans 5:1-11, 1 John 2:15-17, Galatians 1:20-21, 2 Corinthians 12:1-10, & lastly 1 Peter 5:8 <-- Be sober. Be vigilant. Why do you think they call marijauana ‘the gateway’ drug??? Those ideas we get from being in that space could lead to something way more sinister than your average high. Be careful, demonic possession is real.

Surely No One Can See Me!

I think most professing Christians believe that they can outwardly be Saints but inwardly be sinners at heart, because they think no one can see them.  Take the time to remember when you were a child in your parent’s home.  You probably did many things against their wishes when you were clearly told not to do so.  I will even include myself in this; I did not always obey either.  Most of the time, we did those things because we felt as if we were getting away with it because no one actually saw us do it.  This is how most people in the world today view God.  God is our Father who expects us to love and obey him.  The people of the world are sinning but are not trying to hide it.  It is the so called church folk and the so called holy ones that are hiding out behind religion masking their sins.  I am not saying everyone who goes to church or proclaims to be holy is a sinner; what I am saying is that a lot of them want every body else to believe they are children of God when in reality they are the children of the devil.  God’s children do not molest young boys and stay in an overseer’s position in a place called the church.  How can people raise a sinner up as a king and a prophet of God that has not yet repented from his sin?  The answer is that no one actually saw him do it and that is the witchcraft and sorcery he is using to keep those soulish people bound and confused.  I have heard conversations of people saying out loud that they will never tell on themselves.  Literally saying, “If no one saw me, why should I tell?” (Proverbs 15:3, Proverbs 5:21)

  When it comes to telling the truth I don’t care who you are, you have to tell it even on yourself.  We are going to have stand before The Almighty God and his Son Christ Jesus to be judged.  (Ecclesiastes 12:14, Matthew 12:36, 2 Corinthians 5:10) Let’s get serious people just look at all the stuff going on around you.  It is in your homes, at your jobs, in your family’s houses, and at most churches.  God is Omnipotent and He is Omnipresent.  NOTHING gets by The Most High God!  (Job 34:21-22, Amos 9:2-3)

This message is for you o foolish man; you think because you are a great deacon for your church but your wife does not see you at the motel having sex with that prostitute.  God does.  This for you o foolish woman; you think because you have served on the mother board and sang your heart out in the choir but think it is okay to roll a fat joint and smoke it on your back porch.  It is not okay.  This is for you o foolish young man that think you are a good child to your parents; you think because that young girl you raped in college could not name you because she was heavily drugged that you got away with it.  You didn’t, God saw it.  This is for you o foolish daughter; you think because you were by your self when you entered that abortion clinic and killed that baby, no one knows but the clinic and you.  God saw that too.  What about you o bishop?  You think because your congregation does not see you bending your boyfriend over the bed rail that you are actually getting away with it?  Once again, God sees it.  What about you o sister; you are so meek, mild, and pleasant all while you are ushering the Saints to their seats for Sunday service, but as soon as Sunday night gets here you are not so quiet while you are doing the latest dances at ladies night getting all the free drinks by 11 o'clock. (1 Corinthians 15:33)

People do the wicked things they do because they believe that they are not being seen!  They think since man did not catch them in the very act they got away with it.  Wrong!  Everything we do is being recorded.  You are not getting by with anything.  I strongly suggest every one of you that are fooling yourselves to repent of your wicked deeds and turn to The Almighty God.  Pray to be purged inside and out, ask God through Christ Jesus to remove all known iniquities and all unknown iniquities far from you.  Pray for forgiveness.  Pray for the Precious Blood of Jesus Christ to wash you thoroughly!  Stop sinning because surely Someone. Does. See. you!

The Line has been drawn, which side are you on?

It is time for people to choose either God or whatever else.  You noticed I said whatever else?  That is on purpose because people are literally worshipping any other thing than The Almighty God.  The Devil is bullying people and there is not too many of us standing up to him.  It is time for people to get some intestinal fortitude, seek God through Christ Jesus and get full of the Holy Ghost.  I hear people all day long saying they are tired of going through things they go through.  They are tired of being tormented by the devil and his demons.  I hear a lot of complaining but never see anyone doing anything about it.  People’s first thoughts are to go to church on Sunday’s and everything will be okay.  When you get home and get in the bed then those demons start tormenting you again, and those thoughts come back into your minds you ask yourself why does it keep happening?  It is happening because you are not seeking The Holy Ghost!  Therefore the demons are trying to take your bodies for themselves. 

When you went to your church on Sunday the pastor preached about sowing seeds and becoming wealthy here on earth.  As a matter of fact most Sundays that is mostly all he preaches.  In reality you are being rendered helpless in the warfare that is taking place right before your very eyes.  By not being taught to seek the Holy Ghost or not being taught to fast and pray; then your chances of surviving are slim to none.  Demons are very real and they have real power also.  (Matthew 8:28-31, Matthew 9:32, Matthew 12:43-45) That is why it is important that we seek to be filled with the Holy Ghost.  Jesus Christ cast out demons all the time.  He also commanded his disciples to cast out devils in his name.  Why are most places of worship not teaching their people these things?  A lot of church people will even say not to speak of such things while preaching at their churches.  By choosing not to acknowledge the devil does not mean he isn’t real. (Matthew 25:41)  He is very real, and he is taking people captive at his discretion.  (1 Peter 5:8, James 4:7) When you choose to do evil you give the devil or the demons permission to enter you.  Sin and evil is of the devil.  Do not let allow anyone to deceive you if you are sinning.  (1 John 3:8-10)  My question to you is; what is in you causing you to sin?  If you tell lies then you have a lying demon.  If you commit fornication then you have a fornication demon.  If you are committing homosexuality then you have the demon of homosexuality in you.  There are many more demons that people are not aware of.  That’s why people have to choose God first, and then actually get into this war that is brewing.  It is a spiritual war taking place right this very moment.  All people seem to care about these days are things they can only see in front of them.  While you are watching the super bowl this weekend someone that is possessed by demons is going to die and go to hell.  While you are sitting at your computer watching Beyoncé videos someone is dying that is full of demons.  While you are in church Sunday thanking God for your shiny BMW there is someone that needs you to pray for them to get delivered.  In this war you have go to your prayer closet and commence firing your weapons against your adversary, the devil.  Do you realize God allowed satan to tempt Job?  (Job 1:6-10)  What do you think he feels about me and you?  That’s why you should be praying always that you be not overtaken by evil. 

Come on people its time out from all the playing church!  Those feel good sermons that you hear every Sunday that is sowing to your flesh is not going to profit you anything. (Mark 8:36)  You will be helpless when the devil unleashes his demons upon you.  If you have a lot of money it is not going to stop the devil from crushing you.  Your houses with all its security alarms won’t keep the demons from entering into you or your house.  All that money you put in the collection plate won’t save you either.  Maybe you think if you are sitting in church that will stop the devil.  No, he hides out in the false churches now also.   Remember Judas was paid by the high priest to betray Jesus. (Matthew 26:14, John 13:2)  The devil or satan had entered Judas in order for him to carry out that evil deed.  So if satan entered Judas causing him to betray The Son Of God, he can do the same to you.  Satan is a fallen angel which is a created being, therefore he can and will be destroyed.  He and his demons have a lake of fire waiting on them.  Let us earnestly seek God through Christ Jesus, repent and turn from our sins, and pray to be endowed with power from The Most High God.  Without the Holy Ghost Power we will not be able to defeat the devil.

A Temple Worshippers Mind

Now most people are wondering what this could possibly mean.  If you will allow me a moment of your time; I'll tell you.  If you grew up around or in the church you probably were indoctrinated by that church or institution.  I know people are going to kick against this, all I ask is for you to go and check the scriptures before you make a conclusion.  Over the years men and women have been taught to go to church, pay your tithes, and everything will be just fine.  I’m sorry, that’s just not how it is supposed to be.  If you think going to a church every Sunday, paying tithes, listening to your choir, and crying because you think the pastor's sermon is about you because he worked your emotions, then you have a temple worshipper’s mind that needs to be set free.  Let’s look in the scriptures for a little bit to examine what is being said.  Acts 6:12-14;  12; And they stirred up the people, and the elders, and the scribes, and came upon him, and caught him, and brought him to the council,13; And set up false witness, which said,  This man ceaseth not to speak blasphemous words against this holy place (temple), and the law:  14; For we have heard him say, that this Jesus Of Nazereth shall destroy this place,(temple=church)  and shall change the customs which Moses delivered us. 

What is being described in those scriptures is Stephen who was filled with the Holy Ghost.  The people came against him because of their temple worshippers mind.  This thing is so serious that it had people coming against the Holy Spirit of God which is worse than what they accused Stephen of.  Let’s go further.  Acts 7:48-51; Howbeit the most High dwelleth not in temples made with hands; as saith the prophet, 49; Heaven is my throne, and earth is my footstool:  what house will you build me? saith the Lord:  or what is the place of my rest? 50; Hath not my hands made all these things? 51; Ye stiff necked and uncircumcised in the heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost:  as your fathers did so do ye.  This is what’s wrong with a lot of people today; not receiving the Holy Ghost but defending their churches/temples.  Its time for people to realize they are the Temple of God and he wants to dwell in them.  1Corinthians 3:16-17, 1Corinthians 6:19, 2Corinthians 6:14-18, Isaiah 52:11

Let’s examine another scripture.  This is from our Lord Jesus Christ.  John 2:19-21; 19; Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. 20; Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days? 21; But he spake of the temple of his body.  Once again the temple worshippers mind who had the Son Of God right there in their faces asked him about a building instead of giving reverence to the Son Of The Most High God.   There are more scriptures to support this belief.  Matthew 27:1-7 You will see where Judas gave the silver back to the priest in the Temple, and the priest said it is not lawful for to put them into the treasury, because it is the price of blood.  So to the priests it was okay to kill Jesus Christ but not okay to take blood money into the temples treasury.  Those are minds of people who worship Temples, organizations, and churches but do not worship Jesus Christ and The Most High God.  Take the time to examine yourself to see if you could possibly have a temple worshippers mind instead of someone who is truly about the Father’s business.  The objective is to witness to lost souls and bring them to Christ, not promote your church. 

I pray that this reaches whomever it is supposed to reach especially those trying to gain deeper understanding of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and God The Father.  Read Isaiah 1: 12-20 to see exactly what The Most High God has to say about it.  In verse 16 God says to wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil.   To get free you have to go to the altar, confess your sins, repent (turn away from your sins) and come to God.  Matthew 15: 8-9 tells us again how The Most High God is not being worshipped earnestly from people’s hearts, but in vain through doctrines and commandments of men.  Now someone will probably read this and totally miss everything that is being said.  The objective is to show the difference between someone who worships the temple and someone who is the temple of God.  Someone who is a temple worshipper goes to church every Sunday, pay tithes, sings in the choir, ushers at the door, and anything else that involves working in the church; but never truly turns from their sinful nature.  These people are led to believe these works are all that’s needed to get into Heaven, never coming to the understanding what’s really needed is to enter into a covenant relationship with Christ Jesus and God.  A person that is a temple of God is someone who is cleansed from their sins, lives the life style of a Born again Believer, always giving over to prayer and fasting and they themselves are the ones doing the work of the ministry, teaching, preaching, healing the sick, raising the dead, casting out demons and setting the captives free, and most importantly they are filled with the Holy Spirit.  I pray God directs you in the way you should go.  Remember to always check the scriptures to prove everyone and everything.
